肉蒸饭也叫蒸肉米饭,流传于我县齐镇、营头一带。

相传诸葛亮与司马懿对阵,士兵多为四川人,喜欢米饭,好吃肉,军情紧急,不可仔细料理,就把米和肉一起蒸,就做出了这道美味。
